  • With online coaching there is a greater emphasis on your accountability and communication with you providing us with as much honest feedback as possible to make sure your journey not only runs smoothly but maximises your success rate.

    We are available to you throughout your journey via in app messaging and weekly check ins. Unlike 121 training where you pay for the hour and may only see your PT once per week depending on price and quality.

    Our service goes above and beyond any in-person training and is a fraction of the cost, with the only real difference being we are not standing by your side for each rep.

  • Yes, when I create your plan, I'll keep in mind both your level of experience and your goals. I work with beginners to advanced lifters. Upon sign up, you'll be required to complete a questionnaire; this will provide me with all the information I need to design your plan.

    If you're a beginner, I'm going to ensure you achieve fantastic results in the quickest possible time and eliminate the guesswork. If you're an advanced lifter/athlete, then I'm going to ensure I take your training and knowledge to the next level.

  • We will have weekly check ins, we also use our adherence tracker which monitors your progress. It gives us instant feedback letting us know if and when you start to struggle, meaning we can contact you and be proactive with your issues.

  • All via our in app service. We have an extensive video library of over 2500 exercises displaying mini clips with also teaching points.

    Our onboarding process has a ‘how to use’ guide for not only the navigation of the app, but also your training and nutrition included.

  • Yes we have multiple options depending on the individual. Our big one is educational content to help you understand food groups, portion control and mindful eating. We can also provide you with ready made meal plans and recipe books for those individuals who are pressed for time.

    Our app can be integrated with myfitnesspal, so we can go more detailed and provide you with calorie and macro goals which can then be monitored weekly. Simply we work together with you to decide which outcome is best for you for long term success.

  • One of the reasons I decided to go online was to make my highly successful methods available to a wider audience. We do have scalable options in place to make my plans more accessible, which can be discussed in a consultation.

    However i would always say if you think investing in your health is expensive now wait until you realise the cost of being unhealthy.

  • No, you don't need a gym membership. When I create your plan, I'll design it around the equipment you have available, or if it's a home based plan then it will be designed with bodyweight exercises in mind.

    Having said that, if your goal is to build muscle and you have no equipment, then I'll usually recommend either joining a gym or purchasing some basic equipment; such as a set of adjustable dumbbells and a bench, or a set of resistance bands.

  • Each exercise is accompanied by a video demo and key coaching points. Furthermore, for any exercise you're still unsure of, you can record yourself performing that exercise and forward it to me within our app. I'll then assess your form and provide feedback – ensuring you're mastering your technique for future lifts.

  • We can communicate regularly throughout each week via the V2 app – I'll be your full-time coach, so you can message through the in app service.

    The most important feature is our weekly check in form and in-app scoring system. From this I can highlight areas in which you're doing well, things that can be improved and what we need to work on moving into the following weeks.

    As mentioned above, regular feedback ensures you receive the support, accountability and encouragement required to obtain the result you seek. Feedback will be given on a Monday.

  • During normal working hours (8am-5pm), I will try to get back people within an hour. Outside of working hours, and on the weekend, I'll get back to you within 24 hours.

    Please keep in mind some queries will be best suited to the end of week check in, an. so recommend you think twice before asking all questions.

  • This is a very context dependent answer - in short however with our adherence tracking in place and your commitment being its max, you should start seeing results within a few weeks.

    How long it'll take to achieve your desired body composition goal, really depends on multiple factors, including your application to the process and our starting condition (all of which will be discussed prior to the start of the programme) I'll do everything in my power to help you achieve your physique goal as quickly as possible.

  • Our in-app service will measure progress via many metrics, such as progress in your strength and physique development (progressive overload), body measurements, scale weight, biofeedback like sleep and sleep quality, stress, fatigue, daily step count etc. We can assess body composition changes via progress photos and readings.

    Measurements an be done weekly-monthly basis, progress photos are done every four weeks. Any other metrics that we both agree to track are done on a custom basis.

  • Unless you give permission for us to use your images as part of our testimonials and living proof of the work we do, only you and I will have access to your progress photos.

    The progress photos and transformations you see on my website, and on my social media platforms are all at the consent of clients who want to share their life changing results.

  • Yes! Granted your food is limited and the protein intake may seem a little harder to hit then normal, but as your coach It'll be my job to ensure you're doing things the in a safe and correct manner, which is conducive to your goals and avoids the infamous nutrient deficiencies that can accrue from eliminated meat, fish and dairy.

  • Once you've signed up, You will be immediately onboarded into the process. From here we will do all the information gathering and data collecting. I'll then get started on your plan. This will all be done within the first 5 working days.

  • We have Stripe payment systems in place. You can also get more time to pay with Klarma.

  • If you are on a monthly subscription this can be cancelled at any time. You can cancel directly via your customer portal (Stripe). Once cancelled, you will not be charged again and will be able to continue the service until the end of your current payment period. If you are on the 12 week plan, and within 14 days of starting you're not happy we will give you a full refund.

  • With monthly subscription plans we do not. However with the 121 VIP service if you are not happy with the results we agreed on at the start of the programme we will give you the chance to either continue working with me until you hit your goals or your money back as I am that confident in obtaining your results.
