V2 stands for Version 2 — the upgraded, stronger, more capable version of yourself.

It’s the belief that you’re never stuck with your current “software.” You can improve, update, and evolve — at any age, in any circumstance. That philosophy sits at the core of everything we do.

At V2, I combine evidence-based coaching, real-world experience, and straight-talking education to help people build stronger bodies, healthier habits, and a mindset they can sustain for life — without gimmicks, fads, or quick fixes.

My approach is built around developing awareness, knowledge, accountability, resilience, and practical strategies that fit real life.

My long term aim is to give you the tools, structure and confidence to develop your own skills and self sufficiency in nutrition and training to ensure you never need another coach or ‘plan’ again.

The story behind V2.

I’m Chris Tamm. I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2010. But over the past six years I’ve weathered serious challenges in my life — thirteen surgeries, industry shifts, and painful setbacks.

Forced time off, pauses in my life and business, battling against depression - the gym became my anchor that helped me rebuild physically and mentally after each setback.

Through years of commitment to training and nutrition i had developed a mindset which I believe contributed to my fight against the struggle.

It was here that V2 was created.

It stands for the version you build that refuses to quit.

I didn’t know it at the time, but I’d cultivated resilience for years in the gym. Now I was applying it to real life situations.

I’ve refined this experience to help others build mental strength, achieve peak physical fitness, and turn hardship into growth. Together, we can transform you into becoming your best version.
